The Clifton Parks and Recreation Department proudly maintains 10 acres of municipal parkland; which includes 3 ball fields, a batting cage facility, 2 playgrounds, a splashpad that sits right on the Tennessee River, and a paved walking trail with surrounding natural open spaces.

 

Sgt. David Brown Memorial River Front Park - Free and Open to the Public

The River Front Park is great for kids and adults of all ages. People can either opt to play in the Splashpad, stay dry on the playground or just enjoy the view of the Tennessee River.  The Splashpad is open to the public from May 30th through September 30th.

 

Riverfront Stage - Free Events, With Plans for a Growing Future

The City of Clifton has big plans for the new Riverfront Stage, which include camper connections, bathrooms, and many other conveniences so the vendors who want to come to an event in Clifton are attracted to our city.  The City of Clifton hosts  events such as “Movies in the Park” and various festivals, including the annual Horseshoe  Riverbend Festival.
