thumb terry mcdonaldHassell-Carroll Field (M29) is a civil and general aviation airport. It serves Clifton and Wayne County and is owned and operated by the Clifton Airport Authority. The facility's elevation is 401 feet, and is a distance of roughly one mile east of Clifton. The airport offers self-service fuel terminal with a QT-POD 4,000 credit card transaction station with the lowest prices in the surrounding area.  Help yourself at the FBO with free snacks and drinks as well as a courtesy car for travelers taking local trips.

A pilot performs some preflight checks prior to takeoff. Many pilots in the surrounding area enjoy flying into our airport, renting a boat at the Clifton Marina in order to spend a day on the Tennessee River, shopping and dining on Clifton's Main Street or enjoying a round of golf at our Jack Nicklaus Signature and award winning golf course, Ross Creek Landing. Ross Creek Landing

A terminal building is located just as you enter the airport on your left. For all other inquiries please contact Clifton City Hall. The City Manager is also the Airport Manager and the Clifton Airport Authority Board members are nominated by the City of Clifton's Board of Commissioners and serve at their pleasure for five (5) year terms.
